Therefore, it is entirely your responsibility to perform all due diligence before engaging with any User.

All risks associated with interacting with others on the platform are understood and voluntarily accepted by You. Should any disputes or issues arise with other Users, you agree to address these matters directly with the relevant User.

By accepting this agreement, you release and indemnify Talent Spot Openings, along with its affiliates, employees, directors, and agents, from any claims, damages, or liabilities, whether actual or consequential, known or unknown, suspected or not, as permitted by law.
